1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cs999 ("cs999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cs999 website at cs999.app and all associated gaming, betting, and ancillary services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on cs999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility and Registration

2.2 You must register in your own true name using accurate personal information. cs999 prohibits the use of false identities or the registration of accounts on behalf of third parties.

2.3 Only one account is permitted per individual. Multiple accounts held by the same person may all be suspended and any funds contained therein forfeited, regardless of which account the funds were deposited into.

2.4 By registering on cs999, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a cs999 employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of the foregoing.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cs999 login credentials including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. cs999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 cs999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT (TRC20), Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method as published on the cs999 cashier page.

4.2 All funds deposited to cs999 must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or business accounts not owned by the registered player are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever operationally possible. cs999 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method:

4.4 cs999 does not charge deposit fees on JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Standard network or bank fees applicable to the player's chosen payment method remain the player's responsibility.

4.5 cs999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. If verification is not completed within a reasonable time, cs999 may return funds to the original deposit source and close the account.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 All bets placed on cs999 are final once confirmed. cs999 does not accept requests to cancel a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, except where cs999 determines in its sole discretion that an obvious pricing error has occurred.

5.2 cs999 reserves the right to void bets in the event of: obvious errors in odds or game data; technical failure affecting the outcome of a game or event; evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns; or any event that renders a fair settlement impossible.

5.3 Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets or interact with cs999 systems. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any winnings generated.

5.4 Collusion between players – including but not limited to chip dumping in poker formats, coordinated casino play, or any form of organised exploitation of cs999's systems – is strictly prohibited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonuses and promotional offers made available by cs999 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

6.2 cs999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering has commenced, cs999 will not retroactively remove the bonus without reasonable cause.

6.3 Any evidence of bonus abuse – including multi-accounting, coordinated bonus claiming, or wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent – will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

7.1 cs999 is committed to responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits via their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon setting.

7.2 Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from cs999 at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cs999 will take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

7.3 cs999 will not market to a player who is self-excluded. If a self-excluded player circumvents exclusion controls and opens a new account, cs999 is not liable for losses incurred during that period once the duplicate account is identified.

7.4 18+ cs999 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any player identified as being under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any funds will be returned to the relevant payment source after deducting any winnings generated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on cs999.app including but not limited to software, game content, text, images, graphics, logos, and the cs999 brand identity is the exclusive property of cs999 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cs999 content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 cs999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cs999 takes all reasonable steps to maintain service availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from service downtime, technical errors, or interruptions outside its reasonable control.

9.2 cs999's total liability to any player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

9.3 cs999 is not liable for losses arising from: force majeure events; actions of third-party payment processors; regulatory changes affecting platform availability; or a player's own decisions made during gameplay.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which cs999 operates its international gaming platform. cs999 operates under international licensing arrangements and these Terms are not governed by the law of Pakistan. Pakistani players access the platform subject to their own assessment of applicable local laws.

10.2 Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be referred to cs999 customer support for informal resolution. cs999 will respond to all formal written dispute submissions within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

11. Account Termination

cs999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; the account is linked to fraudulent activity; identity verification has failed; or cs999 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory instruction. Upon termination, cs999 will return any genuine remaining balance (after deducting bonuses and any amount subject to a fraud investigation) to the player's registered payment method.
